Our vision is to become the leading Advanced Aquatic Educators covering all aspects of aquatic training.

All at A.R.E.A to stay current and updated on aquatic research to deliver the highest standard of education for ALL to understand, A.R.E.A tutors are qualified to the highest professional standard with Aquatic Therapy & Aquatic Fitness. All at A.R.E.A are working towards the long-term success & growth of aquatic in the education UK

At A.R.E.A our focus is for the attendee to learn how to complement and enhance the training of the elite and recreational athlete to reduce injury potential and maintain and increase their training programme with in-depth knowledge on how to manipulate the human body in the aquatic environment. To enhance the lives of those unable to do conventional training with education on rehabilitation, pregnancy, medical and the ageing clientele.

Haylley Pittam – Co-Founder of A.R.E.A. and Aquatic specialist with over 18 years expertise in the health and fitness industry.

Haylley has a very experienced personal trainer, aquatic fitness instructor, swimming coach, GP referral consultant and is a Vibration Training Specialist. Highly qualified, her main areas of focus include Pre & Post Natal, Pelvic Care, Stroke therapy and Diabetes. She teaches both swimming and aqua aerobics to elite and recreational athletes.

In addition Haylley has written and delivered specialist workshops, accredited by CIMSPA all around the UK and internationally for A.R.E.A.

Lynda Keane – Co-Founder Senior associate of The Royal Society of Medicine, co-founder of A.R.E.A. and an Aquatic Specialist with over 24 years of expertise in the fitness industry.

Lynda has a degree in Sports Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention, a post graduate certificate in functional exercise and rehabilitation as well as a Masters Degree in Soft Tissue Therapy and Exercise Rehabilitation. She is a senior tutor in aquatic fitness and rehabilitation for A.R.E.A. in the UK and internationally and has written and delivered specialist workshops accredited by CIMSPA. Furthermore, Lynda guest lectures at Middlesex University on aquatic rehabilitation and has presented to Aston Villa Football Club, training their physiotherapists in aquatic techniques for elite athletes.

Lynda is the owner of AquaStretch™ UK. which is a highly endorsed aquatic therapy in the UK and USA. Lynda is currently working with some military veterans and a UK Paralympic athlete.
