The core is considered as the muscular structure of the trunk. The MHM looks at the core as a part of the entire human organism, starting with our two most fundamental aspects: posture and breathing. This workshop will present the basics of the Multidisciplinary Hypopressive method explaining its use on land and its adaptations to the water. We will explore the five components of the MHM: Posture, the MHM breathing technique, the biotensegrity concept of the fascia, neurodynamics in the MHM movements and the importance of neuroeducation in communication between clients and exercise professionals to enhance and facilitate the learning for the clients and the teaching for the professional.
